Responsible for managing a team of up to 25 Account Executive Trainees within the first three months of their time at PLS Logistics. Responsibilities include managing a sales staff, growing market share, driving revenue growth and delivering modes of diversification. The Associate GSM will manage sales quotas, develop and mentor sales trainees and collaborate with the SOL or BTL on team sales performance.
